Early in the 21st
century there's great concern that North America is to become
economically isolated as powerful trade blocs of a United Europe
and an Asian bloc are dominated by China. The U.S. government
mobilizes a highly covert mission and unknown to the Americans,
it is only part of a greater plan, begun by the British in the
1800's.
